GEISHA
Geisha is an ancient and very rare coffee, it is one of the Ethiopia wild coffees. It was found close to the Ethiopian town of Gesha. Geisha coffee is naturally resistant to the Fusarium disease. It is a tall stature plant with thin and slender leaves. The branch points on the main stem are widely spaced. The beans are long and slender. Geisha has about 30% less caffeine content than common Arabica coffees. The yield of Geisha is extremely low which is why is so difficult to find commercial plantations of this coffee.
